Remedies And Elixirs is a shop located in the Shopping District. The shop is run by the Goatling known as Nurseling. It was opened on January 3rd, 2012 . On December 25th, 2014, the AD that resembles Nurseling was added to the Diamond Dust Shop, where it can be purchased for 200 DD .

On June 30th, 2020 , as part of a big battle feature update, the price and potency of healing items were adjusted. This also included a revamp of several health items.

An alternative to healing your goatlings is the Fountain Of Health, which can restore the health of all your goatlings at once for 1,000 SS.

Trivia

• In 2020, the needle in the syringe in the official shopkeeper art was removed to avoid upsetting users with fear of needles. The Nurseling Syringe (item) and Vitamin Shots also had their needles removed. The shots artwork was also revamped, and the names were changed to just Vitamin.

• On June 30th, 2022 , several potions inspired by Pride Flags were added to the site to celebrate the last day of Pride Month. The names of the potions are meant to be a subtle protection to users who may not have come out yet or who aren't comfortable being openly part of the LGBT+ community. This is said by Krisgoat on the official discord server.
