The Star Collar AD is one of the first few ADs available onsite. It can be purchased from the Appearance Dolls Shop where it costs 1,000 SS to buy. It's an official staff member design by Krisgoat.
On January 24th, 2014 [1] the recipe to craft the 8bit Goat AD was added to the site with the Star Collar AD being one of the necessary items to obtain said AD. So far this is the only recipe that uses this AD as part of the ingredients.
